Private Swimming Pool
The Granero offers guests a private and spacious sun patio complete with a private swimming pool.
Appreciating that guests may wish to soak up the sun before taking a dip to cool off, guests will find the patio's audio system ipod compatible as well as being capable of playing CDs - what better way to relax than sun bathing listening to your favourite tunes.
The Granero's private pool, which is for guests' exclusive pleasure, measures 5m x 7m and is both tiled and illuminated and provides the ideal means by which to cool down during the heat of the summer months. |

Private Outdoor Cinema
A unique feature of our villas is that each of our accommodations is complete with a private outdoor cinema and a private film library - comprised of over 150 film titles.
So as the star lit Andalucian night sky begins to sparkle, guests may choose to enjoy the delights of their private outdoor cinema.
Of course, eventhough the Granero's film library is quite extensive and includes cinema box office hits and "in concert" recordings there is nothing stopping you bringing your own personal favourite films. |

Spacious Lounge
The Granero's spacious lounge extends across the width of the swimming pool and has a series of french doors which open out onto the sun patio providing a very open plan style of living.
The air conditioned lounge area, which has electronic heating systems as well as a wood burning stove, provides access to the bedrooms at either end of the lounge as well as the internal patio and kitchen area. |

Internal Patio
The spacious internal patio/dining area is adjoined to the lounge and kitchen of the accommodation and provides a cool environment in which to relax and enjoy a freshly prepared meal.
The patio's large arched windows provide a stunning view of the surrounding countryside as well as enabling diners enjoy a cool breeze. |

The open plan style kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils to satisfy the most adventurous of chefs, and is complete with:
- a five ring gas hob;
- multi extractor fan;
- electric oven;
- microwave;
- washing machine;
- fridge/freezer.

The spacious double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems and provides views over the sun patio and into the internal patio.
The bedroom is complete with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and a full length mirror whilst the en-suite bathroom is complete with lavatory, bidet, wash basin, and a shower over the bath. |

The spacious triple bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has three single beds and is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.
The bedroom has views into the shaded patio area of the accommodation.
The bedroom is complete with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and a full length mirror whilst the en-suite bathroom is complete with lavatory, bidet, wash basin, and shower. |

Shaded Patio
The shaded patio of this accommodation provides, for some guests, a welcome refuge from the searing heat.
The shaded patio, which overlooks the Granero's private pool, is complete with the accommodation's honesty bar/drinks cooler cabinet and the accommodation's gas barbeque.
An interesting feature of the shaded patio is that the owners have retained the original fireplace and a there is a plentiful supply of firewood the shaded area makes for a cosy environment - with an open log fire, during the autumn months. |

The prices of the Granero are:
- quoted in Sterling for guidance only, payment must be made in Euros;
- subject to seasonal variation, during specific dates prices are based upon a charge per person,we do not charge for children under the age of 3 yrs, and during other specified dates, prices are based upon a charge for the rental of the accommodation;
- inclusive of maid service - change of bedding and towels;
- inclusive of air conditioning, heating, electricity, gas, water and firewood;
- inclusive of the provision of a Welcome Hamper containing tea bags, coffee, milk, water, orange juice, cheese, butter, bread, olive oil, washing up liquid and a pan cleaner;
- exclusive of the 100 Euros Refundable Breakage Deposit
- exclusive of any charges for any additional services;
- subject to 7% local taxes;
- subject to terms & conditions.
