This luxury self catering villa, which accommodates up to a maximum of seven guests, was the dream of the current owners who have lovingly and sensitively converted their former home into a well-appointed and tastefully decorated self catering holiday villa - the first such accommodation to be awarded the Western Granada Rural Quality Standard.

The Villa combines style and taste with superior standards and surpasses the quality standards set and inspected by the Consejería de Turismo & Deporte (Andalucian Office of Tourism and Sport) and is officially classified and registered by the Consejería de Turismo & Deporte as SUPERIOR, registration No:CR/GR/00137.

Private Swimming Pool

The Villa offers guests a private sun patio complete with a private solar heated swimming pool.

Appreciating that guests may wish to soak up the sun before taking a dip to cool off, guests will find the patio's audio system ipod compatible as well as being capable of playing CDs - what better way to relax than sun bathing listening to your favourite tunes.

The Villa's private pool, which is for guests' exclusive pleasure, measures 3.5m x 7m and is both tiled and illuminated and provides the ideal means by which to cool down during the heat of the summer months.

Private Outdoor Cinema

A unique feature of our villas is that each of our accommodations is complete with a private outdoor cinema and a private film library - comprised of over 150 film titles.

So as the star lit Andalucian night sky begins to sparkle, guests may choose to enjoy the delights of their private outdoor cinema.

Of course, eventhough your holiday accommodation film library is quite extensive and includes cinema box office hits and "in concert" recordings there is nothing stopping you bringing your own personal favourite films.

Spacious Lounge

The Villa's spacious lounge, which is complete with air conditioning/heating systems as well as a wood burning stove, extends opens out onto the shaded gallery and sun patio also provides access to the open plan style kitchen.

Kitchen

The open plan style kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils to satisfy the most adventurous of chefs, and is complete with:

• a five ring gas hob;
• multi extractor fan;
• electric oven;
• microwave;
• washing machine;
• fridge/freezer, and
• honesty bar.

Double Bedroom (Ground Floor)

The spacious double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems and provides views over the sun patio the Villas's private swimming pool.

The bedroom is complete with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, and dressing table whilst the en-suite bathroom is complete with lavatory, bidet, wash basin, and shower.

Double Bedroom (First Floor)

The Villa's second spacious double bedroom is located on the the first floor of the accommodation and is complete, with en-suite bathroom - which has huge shower.

This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.

Triple Bedroom (First Floor)

The spacious triple bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has three single beds and is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.

The bedroom has views into the shaded patio area of the accommodation.

The bedroom is complete with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a dressing table, whilst the en-suite bathroom is complete with lavatory, bidet, wash basin, and bath/shower.

Shaded Gallery

The shaded gallery extends the entire length of the accommodation and provides access out to the private sun patio and private swimming pool.

Villa - Prices

The prices of the Villa are:

• quoted in Sterling for guidance only, payment must be made in Euros;
• subject to seasonal variation, during specific dates prices are based upon a charge per person,we do not charge for children under the age of 3 yrs, and during other specified dates, prices are based upon a charge for the rental of the accommodation;
• inclusive of maid service - change of bedding and towels;
• inclusive of air conditioning, heating, electricity, gas, water and firewood;
• inclusive of the provision of a Welcome Hamper containing tea bags, coffee, milk, water, orange juice, cheese, butter, bread, olive oil, washing up liquid and a pan cleaner;
• exclusive of the 100 Euros Refundable Breakage Deposit
• exclusive of any charges for any additional services;
• subject to 7% local taxes;
