Organising a holiday can sometimes be a traumatic experience and worse still the holiday could be weeks if not months away. To eliminate such trauma, not only have we ensured that our villas are as described but we are proud of the fact that both our villas, the Granero and the Villa:

Our strong commitment to the provision of high quality holiday villas in rural Andalucia and the provision of quality services is reflected in the fact that both of our holiday villas surpass the highest standards set and inspected by the Andalucian Office of Tourism.

Both of our holiday villas have been inspected and have been independently officially approved by the Andalucian Office of Tourism (Andalucian Office of Tourism References: Granero CR/GR/00094 and the Villa CR/GR/00137).

Registration - Superior Accommodation

Having been inspected by the Andalucian Office of Tourism both of our holiday villas are officially registered with the Andalucian Office of Tourism.

Both the Granero and the Villa are officially registered with the Andalucian Office of Tourism as Superior Rural Accommodations.

Legally Accountable

The number of illegal and sub standard holiday villas in Andalucia is reaching epic proportions and the levels of quality and value for money are, to say the least, variable. Unfortunately such accommodations provide guests with no assurances as to quality, nor value for money or the legality of the holiday accommodation and in many cases such accommodations do not provide for guests' personal safety.

Given such potential pitfalls, we believe that the quality and legality of our holiday villas enables potential guests to make an informed and confident decision relating to their choice of holiday accommodation in Andalucia.

First to Achieve the Regional Quality Award

Our commitment to the provision of high quality holiday villas and associated services is founded upon a desire to offer guests an Andalucian holiday experience that will be enjoyed, savoured, recommended and more than likely re-experienced at a future date.

Both the Granero and the Villa together with the levels of quality, services and the management of our accommodations have been inspected and scrutinised by the Regional Development Agency resulting in our holiday villas being the first such accommodations in Granada to achieve the Western Granada (Poniente Granadino) Rural Quality Standard.

Achievement of the Western Granada Rural Quality Standard reflects our:

Responsible Tourism

Our commitment to responsible tourism has recently been assessed and is continually monitored and subject to formal reviews by the Regional Development Agency of Western Granada.

Given our commitment to, and actions in support of, responsible tourism embrace our strong support of the local environment and local Andalucian cultural events such as the Parapanda Folk Festival; we are especially proud to announce and celebrate the fact that our holiday villas, are the first such rural holiday villas in the entire Province of Granada to be awarded the Western Granada Rural Quality Standard.
