The number of holiday villas in Andalucía is astounding, the range is immense, the quality is variable and it is sometimes difficult to determine which villa is most likely to exceed your expectations and deliver an enjoyable holiday in Andalucía.

Each of our holiday villas has a "Visitors' Book" so that guests may read the comments recorded by previous guests and take time to record their own opinions. Due to the success of our venture and the holiday experiences enjoyed by many of our guests do not be surprised, when reading through our Visitors Book to encounter a guest's name more than once as some of our guests have returned virtually every year since we opened - and some have returned twice in the same year.

Our commitment to the provision of high quality holiday accommodations and services is reflected in the fact that both of our holiday villas, Cortijo la Loma Granero and Cortijo la Loma Villa surpass the highest standards set and inspected by the Andalucian Office of Tourism.

Both of our accommodations have been inspected and are officially approved by the Andalucian Office of Tourism (Granero CR/GR/00094 and the Villa CR/GR/00137) and are not associated or affiliated with any other holiday accommodations in Andalucía.

Legally Registered

The number of illegal and sub standard holiday villas in Andalucia is reaching epic proportions and the levels of quality and value for money are, to say the least, variable. The owners of such accommodations provide guests with no assurances as to quality, value for money or the legality of the holiday accommodation and often do not provide for guests' personal safety.

Our business is legally registered and is recognised by the Granada, Andalucian and Spanish Tourist Boards.

Quality Assured

Our commitment to the provision of high quality holiday villas and associated services is founded upon a desire to offer guests an Andalucian holiday experience that will be enjoyed, savoured, recommended and more than likely re-experienced at a future date.

Both Cortijo la Loma Granero and Cortijo la Loma Villa together with the levels of quality, services and the management of our accommodations have been inspected by the Regional Development Agency.

Cortijo la Loma Granero and Cortijo la Loma Villa were the first such accommodations in the area to be awarded the Poniente Granadino Rural Quality Standard.

Responsible Tourism

Our commitment to responsible tourism has been assessed and is continually monitored and subject to formal reviews by the Regional Development Agency of Western Granada.

Given our commitment to, and actions in support of, responsible tourism embrace our strong support of the local environment and local Andalucian cultural events such as the Parapanda Folk Festival; we are especially proud to announce and celebrate the fact that our holiday villas, are the first such rural holiday villas in the entire Province of Granada to be awarded the Western Granada Rural Quality Standard.
