Personal Welcome
We personally greet all of our guests upon arrival, whatever the day and whatever the time - we do not expect guests to have to forage around in the under growth, perhaps in the dark, trying to find a set of keys to their holiday villa.
Upon your arrival at your specially selected holiday villa we take the time to show you around your villa, demonstrate and explain how features of your villa function. Clearly if you are arriving late evening we show you how the essential facilities of your holiday villa operated and agree a mutually convenient time to call back the following morning - perhaps after your long awaited lie in or morning dip in your private swimming pool. |

Welcome Hamper
Guest of our holiday villas receive a Welcome Pack containing some essential provisions - hence there is no need to rush out to the local shops.
The Welcome Pack contains a bottle of wine, coffee, tea bags, sugar, milk, orange juice, a bottle of water (though the villa's tap water is safe to drink), fresh bread, cheese, butter, olive oil, washing up liquid and a pan cleaner. |

Maid Service
Upon arrival at your chosen holiday villa you will find that your villa has been cleaned and prepared for your holiday.
During the course of your holiday, your villa will be cleaned, though this service does not extend to washing up or drying dishes. As well as cleaning your holiday villa we ensure that all linen is changed and fresh sets of towels are provided.
The provision of this service is flexible, in so far as we agree with our guests which day they wish their holiday villa to be cleaned. |

Honesty Bar Service
Each of our holiday villas is equipped with an honesty bar/drinks cooler cabinet stocked with a range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
The honesty bar operates on the basis of guests help themselves to a chilled drink as and when the need arises.
All that we ask is that guests restock the honesty bar/drink cooler cabinet whilst out shopping. |

Information, Maps & Guide Books
All of our guests receive a complimentary Street Map of Íllora, the local pueblo, upon which we mark the main routes through the pueblo of Illora, local bars, cafés, supermarkets, internet cafés and banks.
Guests also receive a complimentary "Monument and Street Map of the City of Granada" - so you do not have to get lost in Granada before you find the Tourist Information Office.
We are also happy to mark, upon your map, car parks, taxi ranks as well as the bars, cafés and restaurants which we and previous guests recommend. |

Private Airport Transfer Service
As our holiday villas are for guests seeking a holiday of relaxation, why not commence your Andalucian holiday as soon as you arrive in Andalucia by requesting and reserving our Private Airport Transfer Service.
Guests are personally welcomed in the Airport Arrivals Hall, assisted with luggage and then whisked away from the hustle and bustle of the airport in our air conditioned and well appointed vehicle/people carrier.
All that is left for guests to do is, sit back, relax, marvel at the Andalucian scenery and enjoy the final stage of the journey to their specially chosen holiday villa. |

Private Transfer Service
Our Private Transfer Service is an exclusive service and is only available to guests of our holiday villas. This exclusive service enables our guests to enjoy a hassle free holiday as they are driven to their chosen destination(s) therefore enabling guests to avoid driving and instead determine:
- where guests wish to visit;
- when guests wish to visit their chosen destination(s);
- what time guests wish to depart their holiday villa;
- what time guests wish to return to their holiday villa.
The price of our Private Transfer Service is determined by your chosen destination and prices: are per group of guests and not per person, relate to return trips, do not include meals and beverages. |

Restaurant Reservation Service
Our Restaurant Reservation Service is exclusive and free service for our guests and enables our guests to choose:
- which type of restaurant/cuisine guests wish to enjoy;
- where guests wish to dine; and
- what time guests wish to dine - day or night.
Having advised guests about the different restaurants, we will happily make the restaurant reservation on your behalf. Having made the restaurant reservation we are happy to either provide you with the directions on how to find the chosen restaurant, or, as an additional service, provide a private transfer to your chosen restaurant - and of course provide the return transfer to your holiday villa. |

Medical Centre
We hope that your Andalucian holiday is accident/incident free and although your holiday villa is equipped with a First Aid Kit, it may worth noting that within the local pueblo of Illora, less than a 10 minutes drive from your holiday villa, there is a 24 hour, Medical Centre.
Should you need to consult a doctor or access the medical services whilst on holiday we will happily make an appointment for you and, if so required, accompany you to the surgery so as to translate whilst at the same time respecting your privacy.
Should you require further medical attention the staff at Medical Centre are able to make emergency referrals to the hospitals in the City of Granada. |
